Role Description

The Wall Street Quants is building a remote closing team across Latin America, working US Eastern hours. Roughly 80% of your time is on scheduled calls with people who came to us. The other 20% involves following up with prospects and answering questions.

• Run scheduled video consultations with prospective students, typically 20 to 35 minutes.
• Get to the truth of what each person wants and give them a straight, honest read on fit.
• Present pricing and payment options with confidence.
• Handle objections properly, including price, timing, spousal approval, and self-doubt.
• Work open opportunities through to a decision, either way.
• Confirm your own upcoming calls so people turn up.
• Keep every opportunity current in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Two or more years closing on the phone or video, ideally on considered purchases of $1,000 or more.
• You know how to sell and can run a real conversation.
• You are a great student and take feedback seriously.
• Fluent, natural English with a clear accent.
• Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern.
• A professional video setup: 1080p webcam, headset with dedicated microphone, tidy background, and front-facing lighting.
• Wired broadband of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, plus a mobile hotspot as backup.
• Disciplined CRM habits: every conversation logged, every opportunity current.

Requirements

• Knowledge of quantitative finance, trading, or the markets is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

• $2,500 USD base per month, paid on a fixed date, plus commission on every dollar you collect.
• On-target earnings: $84,000 USD per year for a closer working a full calendar.
