Qualifications

• Have a proven track record of consistently closing deals (legal sales experience is a plus, not required).
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of high-performance sales experience, preferably in a legal, financial, or service-oriented industry.
• A hunter mindset with a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and converting high-value clients.
• Ability to build trust quickly, navigate emotionally charged conversations, and confidently guide potential clients toward decisions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with minimal supervision, always taking ownership of performance and results.
• Capable of adjusting sales strategies dynamically based on client psychology, objections, and market conditions.
• Willingness to engage with potential clients during peak contact hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize conversions.
• While not required, familiarity with legal processes, case management, or high-touch professional services is a significant plus.

We are a 100% remote law firm, and our team members work from their own dedicated home office environments. To ensure you have the best experience and can successfully use the systems and software required for this role, applicants must have a home office setup that meets the following minimum requirements:
