Role Description

Run product demos for incoming leads, prepare relevant demo data and environments, and maintain a reliable library of case studies and sales collateral. Work closely with the Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to support enterprise opportunities and grow into ownership of more complex deals.

What you will do

• Demos and prospect support:
  • Run demos for inbound and outbound leads, adapting the flow to each prospect’s industry, region and use case.
  • Prepare relevant SKUs, categories, store images, dashboards and demo environments before each call.
  • Support enterprise demos, POCs and RFP responses led by the Senior Pre-Sales Consultant.
  • Capture discovery notes, customer questions and next steps in the CRM after each call.
• Product alignment:
  • Coordinate with product to stay current on new releases and features.
  • Test new features in demo environments before using them on customer calls.
• Sales enablement:
  • Create and refresh decks, one-pagers, demo videos, FAQs and product sheets.
  • Maintain a searchable, well-organized case study and collateral library for sales.
  • Learn the major ParallelDots projects and identify relevant case studies for each prospect.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
  • Work with product, customer success, data science, sales and marketing to collect results, images and customer stories.
  • Draft case studies, RFP answers and solution documents for review.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years in customer-facing B2B technology: pre-sales, solutions, product support, implementation or business analysis.
• Ability to understand customer use cases and tailor product demos.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with pre-sales practices or strong motivation to learn quickly.
• Proactive follow-up, communication and ownership.
• Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills and comfort with data and dashboards.
• Curiosity about AI and computer vision, and ability to explain technical ideas simply.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CPG, FMCG, retail or field sales operations.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Basic video editing or design skills using Canva, Loom or similar tools.
• Engineering or MBA background.
