[Hiring] Inside Sales Specialist @Weekday

Role Description

We're seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive new client acquisition through cold outreach and CRM-driven lead generation. You'll be responsible for executing outbound campaigns, maintaining lead quality, and hitting your own TOFU targets, a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in B2B sales for a fast-growing company.

What you'll be doing

• New Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach, using tools like SmartLeads, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other email scraping tools.
• Email Performance Management: Execute cold email strategies to maintain strong inbox deliverability, healthy open rates, and low bounce rates.
• Smart Leads Management: Maintain and update records, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integration with the broader sales process.
• Lead Quality Assurance: Ensure the leads you generate meet quality standards and maintain data integrity in the CRM.
• Reporting: Share regular reports on your own lead quality, open rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs with your manager.
• Setting TOFU Targets: Track your own top-of-funnel targets and work to optimize your KPIs over time.
• Identifying Sales Opportunities: Flag sales opportunities as they arise and loop in the operations team where relevant.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with Smart Leads, Clay or a similar outreach platform.
• Proven experience in building sales funnels and impacting TOFU.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email scraping tools, and MS Excel; willingness to learn quickly.
• Interest in B2B lead generation; exposure to creative & design services is a plus.
• Comfort working with data to spot patterns and draw basic conclusions.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
