[Hiring] Market Development Representative @Global Payments Inc.

Role Description

Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Market Development Representative to join our ever-evolving sales team within Global Payments and help shape the future of global commerce.

• Build and grow a sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and qualification of inbound and marketing-generated leads, driving revenue targets and KPIs.
• Conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, demonstrate value, and support Sales Directors in converting prospects into clients.
• Research target companies, identify key decision-makers, and arrange meetings with prospects at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Represent ChargebackHelp at conferences and networking events, while developing deep product knowledge and delivering client presentations and demos.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, forecasting, and reporting data in NetSuite CRM, ensuring effective follow-up and sales visibility.
• Partner closely with Sales Directors across all regions to support the prospect-to-client journey, reporting to the CRO and traveling as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales/Business Development experience with a proven track record in lead generation and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of the online payments ecosystem, including merchants, PSPs, acquirers, payment gateways, fraud prevention solutions, and chargeback/dispute processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage prospects and demonstrate value through data-driven analysis.
• Highly organized and data-oriented, with experience using CRM systems, managing reporting, contracts, pricing approvals, and Excel-based analysis.
• Driven, competitive, and collaborative team player focused on exceeding KPIs and delivering results.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
