Role Description

Help us build the Polish market from the ground up. RealAdvisor is launching in Poland — and we're looking for ambitious Sales Partners to help us build this market from day one. This is a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage of our Polish expansion, with a huge amount of room to grow and significant commercial opportunities ahead.

Poland is a newly launched market for RealAdvisor, which means there is a lot to build — and a lot of opportunity for the people joining us early. You won't be stepping into a mature market with an established sales structure. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our commercial presence in Poland, build relationships with customers, generate business and grow alongside the market.

Your role will involve:

• Outbound prospecting and generating your own opportunities
• Managing inbound leads
• Managing qualified appointments provided by our SDR team
• Qualifying prospects
• Conducting sales demos via video call
• Understanding customer needs
• Presenting the solution and value proposition
• Handling objections
• Negotiating
• Structured follow-ups
• Preparing and managing contracts
• Closing deals
• Managing your entire pipeline in the CRM

A high-intensity sales role with expectations of approximately 5 demos per day, generally via video calls lasting around 20–40 minutes. You will also be responsible for prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, pipeline management, and all activities required to turn opportunities into closed deals.

• Previous experience in sales
• Experience with outbound sales
• Comfortable conducting sales demos
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate
• Experience closing contracts
• Ability to manage structured follow-ups
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Strong results-oriented mindset
• Autonomous, organised, and disciplined
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience using CRM systems
• Native or fluent Polish speaker
• Comfortable communicating professionally in English

Requirements

• Freelance / self-employed status
• Polish business registration / ability to invoice, or willingness to set one up
• Expected commitment: at least 35 hours per week
• Compensation primarily performance-based, through commissions generated from sales
