[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Aquila

Role Description

Reporting to the Aquila Portfolio Manager, we are hiring a Business Development Representative to create new sales opportunities for GIFTSOFT and Cibar. You will utilize the latest in AI and tooling to research financial institutions, identify the right contacts, and start relevant conversations with prospective clients. Representing each business, you will build an understanding of their solutions, generate interest, and connect qualified prospects with the appropriate sales expert.

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Qualifications

• The outbound experience: Experience generating new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, or other prospecting channels.
• The AI fluency: Comfortable using AI-powered prospecting and productivity tools.

• The curiosity and learning agility: Comfortable learning new products, industries, and customer environments.
• Nurturing relationships: Build genuine rapport with stakeholders across different levels.

Requirements

• Research financial institutions (primarily banks) and identify new prospects for both GIFTSOFT and Cibar.
• Use Apollo and other sales and AI-enabled tools to research accounts, identify contacts, personalize outreach, and manage campaigns.
• Connect with prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Develop enough knowledge of both businesses to confidently introduce their solutions.
• Work with business unit leaders, sales, and the Portfolio Manager to refine target accounts and outreach strategies.
