[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Superside

Role Description

Superside is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who will fuel our next stage of growth. This is a chance to shape how we generate pipeline, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing, Revenue Ops, and our Account Executive team, and putting your stamp on a fully remote team you'll coach to hit ambitious targets.

We're looking for a seasoned people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is comfortable leading through ambiguity. You care deeply about your team's success, lead by example, and know how to build a culture of high-performance and real growth.

• Lead, mentor, and energize a team of BDRs, pushing them to hit and over achieve their targets.
• Team up with Revenue Ops to turn data into sharp, strategic decisions that drive team performance.
• Partner with Marketing to design and launch lead-gen strategies that keep Account Executives' pipelines full.
• Collaborate closely with the AE sales team to align on handoffs, feedback loops, and shared pipeline goals.
• Spot skill gaps and co-create enablement programs and training to build your team's skills.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and recommend process and campaign improvements that move the needle.
• Champion your team's growth by building real career paths and guiding each person's development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, including at least 2 years managing a team.
• A seasoned people leader who can build a culture of high performance and growth.
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
• A strong bias toward execution, with a track record of turning ideas and initiatives into delivered results.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales teams (AEs), Marketing, and Revenue Ops.
• Hands-on experience building or co-creating training and enablement content.
• Results-driven mindset with a history of hitting (and beating) targets.
• A data-informed, process-minded approach.
• Strong communication skills and a lead-by-example mentality.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
