Role Description

As a Lead Channel Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. You will report directly to our Notifier Director of Sales and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a remote work schedule.

By developing and executing channel sales strategies, you will drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence through effective collaboration with channel partners. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position it as a leader in the industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage these tools to manage sales pipelines and customer data effectively
