Role Description

LSG Enterprises is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our team as Independent Financial Agent. In this role, you will be empowered to manage the entire sales cycle independently, from initial contact through to closing deals within the financial industry. As a Independent Financial Agent, you will own the customer journey from end-to-end. This means you'll be responsible for:

• Generating your own leads
• Presenting compelling financial solutions
• Securing agreements without any handoffs

This entry-level, commission-only position is designed for individuals who are motivated by uncapped earning potential and the satisfaction of driving their own success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial goals and challenges.
• Present and explain financial products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication across phone, video, and written channels.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring all client needs are met.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful agents can expect to earn between $50,000 and $120,000 annually, based on performance and sales volume. Your earnings are directly tied to your ability to close deals and grow your client base.

Work Arrangement

This role is performed remotely, offering flexibility in your work environment.

• Reliable home internet connection.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a full sales cycle.
