[Hiring] Country Group Sales Manager @CHT USA

Role Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Group Sales Manager USA & CANADA to lead our Industrial Solutions sales team across North America. This remote role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer success, and features a car allowance and performance-based incentives in addition to base salary. Key Responsibilities

• Execute country-specific sales strategies to meet revenue and CMII targets.
• Lead and develop the Industrial Solutions Sales Team.
• Manage pricing, expenses, and profitability to meet EBIT goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry influencers.
• Represent CHT USA at trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Direct sales distribution, territory planning, and quota setting.
• Support bottom-up sales planning, budgeting, and S&OP processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and more.
• Provide strategic oversight of departmental functions and annual planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 6+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing sales teams.
• Strong CRM experience (required); ERP experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel 50%+ domestically and occasionally internationally.
