Role Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories and market segments. This role focuses on executing sales activities, identifying customer needs, managing sales opportunities, and promoting HD Hyundai Robotics solutions throughout North America.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, system integrators, distributors, engineering teams, and company leadership to deliver automation solutions that create value for customers while achieving business objectives. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key role in expanding HD Hyundai Robotics' presence in North America.

This candidate will focus on the general industry market segments with specific areas including, but not limited to:

• Automotive
• Agriculture
• Appliance
• Data center
• General industry
• Many others

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales, business development, or account management experience.
• At least 3 years of direct experience selling industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technology, or related capital equipment solutions.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North America.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial robotics, automation integration, machine vision, material handling, welding automation, or smart manufacturing solutions.
• Experience working with system integrators, distributors, OEMs, or channel partners.
• Experience supporting capital equipment sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience working within a start-up, high-growth, or entrepreneurial business environment.
• Existing relationships within manufacturing, automotive, logistics, consumer goods, metal fabrication, or related industries.
