Role Description
Weβre looking for a Growth Manager to lead Valatamβs Sales and Account Management teams, drive revenue growth, and build scalable processes that turn opportunities into lasting client relationships. Reporting to our COO, youβll own sales performance, develop acquisition channels, coach the team, and drive client retention and expansion. This is an internal leadership role at Valatam, with hands-on responsibility for strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to acquire new clients, grow revenue, and achieve company targets.

Build upselling and cross-selling strategies to expand existing accounts and grow clients into larger teams.

Own growth strategy and team accountability across new sales, client retention, and account expansion.

Develop profitable sales channels and outbound prospecting systems that generate qualified discovery calls.

Optimize and document sales processes, from qualification and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and closing.

Strengthen account management, customer feedback, and engagement to reduce churn and increase upsells.

Set team targets and scorecards, monitor conversion and acquisition costs, and report insights to leadership.

Coach, hire, and develop Sales, BDR, and Account Management teams through clear expectations and ongoing training.

Own HubSpot adoption, pipeline accuracy, activity tracking, and reliable forecasting.

Build industry relationships and represent Valatam at occasional U.S. conferences and networking events.

Lead other growth-related initiatives that support company goals.
Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, including 2+ years leading sales teams.

Proven results growing revenue, improving conversion, and building repeatable sales processes.

Hands-on experience developing outbound channels, including cold calling and multichannel prospecting.

Experience managing client retention, account expansion, and upselling in a recurring-revenue business.

Strong command of sales KPIs, funnel analysis, customer acquisition costs, and forecasting.

Proficiency in HubSpot, including pipeline management, reporting, and team adoption.

Demonstrated ability to coach teams, manage performance, and communicate clearly with senior leadership.

Fluent English (C1/C2) and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Quiet home office with stable internet (β₯10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and a backup connection.

Availability for occasional U.S. business travel.

Nice to have: Experience in staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or professional services, particularly with U.S. and Canadian clients.
