[Hiring] Founding GTM Lead @AdSky Labs

Role Description

AdSky AI is building the operating layer for AI-native Amazon PPC agencies. Our goal is simple: help Amazon PPC agencies serve more clients, operate more consistently, and build scalable businesses without being buried in manual campaign operations.

We are looking for a Founding GTM Lead in the United States to work directly with the founder and build our go-to-market motion from the ground up.

• Identify and engage high-potential Amazon PPC agencies in the US
• Lead customer discovery and founder-led sales conversations
• Refine our ICP, positioning, messaging, and sales process
• Build relationships with agency founders, operators, and industry partners
• Recruit early design partners and convert qualified agencies into paid pilots
• Turn customer feedback into clear product and market insights
• Help establish a repeatable GTM engine before the team scales

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, Amazon Ads, e-commerce software, or agency technology
• A strong network within the US Amazon seller or agency ecosystem
• Evidence that you can build pipeline and customer relationships from zero
• Comfort operating without an established playbook or large support team
• Strong communication, commercial judgment, and customer discovery skills
• A builder mentality: you create the process rather than wait for one
• Experience working with Amazon PPC agencies is a major advantage

Requirements

This is not a traditional sales position with a finished playbook, established pipeline, and narrow quota. You will work closely with the founder to determine how AdSky AI enters the market, which customers we prioritize, and how we build the category around AI-native Amazon PPC operations.

The right person will have substantial ownership over the US go-to-market strategy and the opportunity to grow with the company.
