Role Description
As an Executive Client Partner, you'll own Koozie Group's largest and most complex accounts β the national buying groups, distributor networks and enterprise distributors that anchor a segment β and be accountable for growing them. You'll build multi-year account strategies, construct executive-level value and ROI cases, and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees to win Koozie Group a bigger place in each account's company stores, programs, web stores and preferred-supplier lists. You'll work alongside a Client Success Partner, your Segment Leader, and our field and inside sales teams so every branch of the account sells Koozie Group the same way.
What you'll do
-
Own account growth.
-
Manage a balanced book of named national accounts end to end β strategy, relationship, retention and growth β and deliver revenue, margin and share-of-wallet targets.
-
Build multi-year account plans.
-
Map opportunity and whitespace across each account, set clear goals, initiatives and ROI, and review progress with the customer in executive Quarterly Business Reviews.
-
Navigate the buying committee.
-
Build relationships with ownership, executive leadership, procurement, merchandising, marketing and supplier-relations teams, and identify and equip the internal champions who move decisions forward.
-
Lead with insight.
-
Diagnose each account's business challenges, reframe them with data, and build multi-product and program solutions backed by a clear business case.
-
Manage the commercial terms.
-
Lead proposals and navigate procurement; negotiate and renew distributor agreements, program pricing and promotions; and partner with your Segment Leader on program and contract structures.
-
Activate the field.
-
Partner with field account managers on top opportunities, branch visits and regional QBRs, and brief sales teams on account priorities each quarter.
-
Protect the customer experience.
-
Partner with your Client Success Partner on the post-sale experience and serve as the escalation point across Customer Care, Operations, Pricing and Finance.
-
Forecast and report.
-
Maintain an accurate account forecast in Salesforce and report trends, risks and opportunities to sales leadership.
-
Expand and represent.
-
Secure customer references and multi-year expansion, and represent Koozie Group at account events, trade shows and conferences.
How you'll be measured
-
Revenue and gross-margin growth versus plan for each assigned account.
-
Share of wallet and product-line penetration within each account.
-
Multi-year retention and expansion across your book.
-
Forecast accuracy and Salesforce hygiene.
-
Account plans and executive QBRs completed on cadence.
