We’re in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.

• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive selling into HR, People, Talent or Learning & Development as primary buyer.
• Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs.
• Experience in B2B complex sales with a proven track record selling a solution requiring input from a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience selling to US, Canada or UK markets.
• Fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written.

• Methodical, rigorous, and possess a sense of urgency.
• Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth.
