[Hiring] Customer Development Executive @Unilever

Role Description

The Customer Development Executive will be responsible for growing his/her assigned territory by:

• Expanding UFS reach by developing new accounts and increasing product penetration through new product introduction.
• Managing existing business to ensure no fall out accounts and consistent growth by increasing product usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Passion for food & preferably has cooking skills.
• Willing to be assigned and do field work in North Mindanao area.

Requirements

• Achievement of the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and/or sales value.
• Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices at point-of-sale.
• Implement standard of UFS selling skill and chefmanship skill.
• Plan the routing to maximize time spent at point-of-sale.
• Check and act immediately on Out of Stock.
• Check assortment and act on availability of our brands.
• Ensure shelf space in line with planograms.
• Introduce innovations within the set timeframe and maximize visibility.
• Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands.
• Negotiate local actions in line with company policies.
• Sell in promotions and negotiate best available promo locations.
• Implement the national key account agreements and report on the gaps per POS.
• Target the right operator and identify size of opportunity.
• Create demand by introducing our products through recipes & menu.
• Sustain demand by ensuring repeat purchase of our products by operators.
• Introduce new products into the recipes & menu of operators based on their needs.
• Maintain customers through regular visits and develop territory and individual account plans.
• Arrange and implement demonstrations (personal/group) to capitalize on opportunities for Food solutions range.
• Grow the number of uses & applications of UFS products through chefmanship skill.
• Use marketing & merchandising support in line with operator needs.
