[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Altametrics

Role Description

Primary Focus: Generate and qualify leads through daily outreach, follow up with prospects, and pass qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process. Work closely with the sales team to help turn qualified leads into closed deals.

Role Classification: Contract position (Remote).

Compensation: $8 per hour + performance-based commission per sales qualified meeting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales and the ability to generate qualified leads that move to the next stage of the sales process.
• Comfortable or able to do 500 outreach per day.
• Clear and professional English communication skills.
• Good follow-up and lead management skills.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

Requirements

• Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, prospecting, lead follow-ups, responding to inbound enquiries, conducting initial discovery calls, qualifying prospects based on business needs and purchasing intent, nurturing potential clients, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
• The prospect is a U.S.-based restaurant business within the approved ideal customer profile.
• The attendee is an owner, operator, general manager, IT/POS decision-maker, or legitimate buying influencer.
• Show how products or services work through online portals or video presentations.
• Log customer interactions, update pipelines, and record data accurately using our CRM.
