[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Team Up Services

Role Description

This is a remote position. Team Up is looking for three freelance Sales Partners—one for the US, one for the UK, and one for Germany—to introduce new clients to our talent solutions.

This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, attractive payouts for every closed client account and placed talent, and lifelong revenue sharing from referred clients. The role offers a one-time commission of 15%–20% of the revenue generated from each brought-in client. For the first up to six months, the engagement will be commission-based, after which a fixed salary may be discussed based on performance and mutual agreement.

The ideal candidate is a well-connected B2B sales professional, networker, agency advisor, or business consultant with trusted relationships among founders, agency leaders, and C-level executives.

• Leverage your existing network to identify founders, CEOs, agency leaders, and operational heads who are hiring or looking to optimize recruitment costs.
• Generate leads, present Team Up’s talent solutions, and close B2B talent outsourcing and placement agreements.
• Introduce companies in your target country to Team Up’s remote talent solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by explaining the benefits of hiring skilled remote professionals from Georgia and the Caucasus.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with tech hubs, founder communities, venture studios, and business networks.
• Identify new business opportunities within startup ecosystems, digital and creative agencies, software companies, and other relevant organizations.
• Collaborate with Team Up’s talent acquisition and client success teams in Georgia.
• Help match client requirements with suitable regional talent.
• Manage client relationships throughout the sales process and support long-term partnership development.

Qualifications

• Based in the US, UK, or Germany.
• Native or fluent English; fluent German is required for the Germany-based role.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, staff augmentation, agency sales, recruitment services, or consultative/executive sales.
• Established professional network among founders, CEOs, agency leaders, or C-level decision-makers.
• Existing connections within startup ecosystems, digital or creative agencies, software companies, or business communities.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate, and close B2B deals.
• Strong understanding of remote hiring, nearshoring, offshoring, and staff augmentation models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and autonomy.
• Ability to work independently on a freelance, commission-based basis.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with a remote team based in Georgia.
