Role Description

We are seeking a super-talented Business Development Representative to join our US Esendex Sales Team.

• Outbound Prospecting: Generate new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct introductory conversations to assess a prospect's current infrastructure, pain points, timeline, and budget.
• Pipeline Generation: Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executive (AE) team.
• Market Intelligence: Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers (typically CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors) and tailor outreach to their specific needs.
• CRM Data Hygiene: Log all sales activities, notes, and buying signals accurately within Salesforce to ensure seamless handoffs to AEs.

Qualifications

• Telecom or CPaaS experience is highly preferred, though we will consider candidates with Enterprise Business Development experience in complex industries.
