Role Description

Business Consultant - Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire

£32-35K basic + £24K OTE + Car Allowance + Broadband Allowance

Our dermalogica Business Consultants are responsible for the sales performance in the assigned geographical territory. You will:

• Drive incremental growth of all assigned accounts by creating joint business plans.
• Establish a regular call cycle and create a communications strategy.
• Conduct market events and help accounts increase sell out of Dermalogica.
• Create community and best practice models through networking events.
• Link peers while amplifying dermalogica advocates to inspire others.
• Open new accounts and assume complete responsibility for establishing incremental growth and +50% replenishment within year one in all new accounts on territory.
• Evaluate current performance and proactively find opportunities to help drive territory to meet incremental targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years field sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry or consumer goods.
• Experience with servicing salons, spas, physician’s offices, and the “sole proprietor” customer base is an advantage.
• Client building experience is a real plus.
• Qualified skin care therapist helpful.

Requirements

• Master Dermalogica product knowledge and skin care techniques, and clearly understand how they differ from competitors.
• Take responsibility for maintaining skills through proactive attendance on dermalogica training and workshops alongside self-learning.
• Understand the requirements of today’s skin care centers and be reliable, dedicated, and willing to work as part of a winning team.
• Conduct necessary market analysis to identify the company’s current position and stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
• Be a team player and proactively collaborate with peers to share best practices.
• Incorporate the company’s mission and commitment to its business partners at every point of contact with both internal and external clients.
• Persuasive and sincere communicator with expertise in negotiation and sales.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in email, social media, and spreadsheets desirable.
