Who this is for
-
Strong senior salesperson or sales lead ready to take the next step.
-
Has closed significant deals and improved sales processes.
-
Wants to build a team and grow into a Head of Sales role.
-
Desires ownership of a sales function.
-
Not looking to inherit a team and a playbook.
Where this is going
We are a founder-led group of B2B software companies serving the private wealth and governance world:
-
WealthComply (FATCA and CRS compliance automation)
-
MinuteMaster (board minutes and governance automation)
-
A third venture that is in stealth.
We sell to trust companies, fund administrators, and private wealth firms across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean.
Today, the founder carries every deal from demonstration to signature himself, and a small business development team books the first meetings. Within a year, we want revenue arriving every month without him. This role builds that, one stage at a time.
The role
-
Grow into running revenue the way a founder would.
-
Identify where revenue is stuck and resolve it personally.
-
Start by selling, often in person in Jersey, Guernsey, London, and Switzerland.
-
Expect about seventy percent of your week on whichever stage is stuck.
-
Work closely with the founder and gradually take ownership of the business development team.
-
Build the rest of the team as each stage starts to work.
-
Report to the founder; nobody has held this job before you.
You will be judged on five things
-
Revenue collected every month, on both products.
-
A pipeline that anyone can read and trust.
-
The founder out of the sale within six months.
-
Stages that keep working after you move on.
-
Customers who stay and grow, with nothing sold that the product cannot do.
This role will not suit you if
-
You want a large team to manage from your first day.
-
You want to stop selling and focus only on managing others.
-
Your answer to slow sales is more outbound volume.
-
You sell by promising; our buyers work in compliance and they check.
-
You want a guaranteed bonus or find it hard to be corrected.
Who you are
-
Experienced senior salesperson, sales lead, or sales manager ready to grow into a Head of Sales role.
-
Has helped improve a sales process or build something from nothing.
-
Has closed significant new business in the last three years.
-
Knows how trust companies, corporate service providers, and fund administrators buy.
-
Uses AI effectively in work processes.
-
Humble, hungry, happy; prefers correction over being right.
What we offer
-
Β£100,000 base salary, with variable pay on all revenue your team brings in and grows.
-
Total compensation at target is about Β£175,000; in a strong year, it can exceed Β£250,000.
-
Β£100,000 of equity, sharing in the value you help create.
-
A team that is yours to build, with a founder who will hand over his deals.
-
A CRM and tool stack being rebuilt for effective questioning and action.
-
Remote work on UK hours, with travel paid and budgets for home office, learning, and wellbeing.
How we hire
-
Four steps, then an offer, over about four weeks.
-
After each step, we inform you of your status within two working days.
-
Apply with your CV or LinkedIn and three short questions (about 30 minutes).
-
A call with our recruiter (30 minutes).
-
A working session with our founder and head of product (about two hours, by video).
-
A paid trial: two days of real work with us, arranged around your notice period.
-
The offer comes with a sixty-day review against agreed outcomes.
How to apply
Apply through the link. Along with your CV or LinkedIn profile, we ask three short questions:
-
A sales process you improved or helped build, what was stuck, what you did with your own hands, and the numbers before and after (up to 300 words).
-
Three significant new customers you closed yourself in the last three years, with deal size and how each started (up to 200 words).
-
Your location, notice period, pay expectation, and weakest "who you are" point.
No cover letter required. If you are not sure you tick every box, apply anyway.
