[Hiring] Business Development Consultant @Faria Online Schools

Role Description

The Business Development Consultant will support the achievement of financial year targets across Pamoja and Wolsey Hall for Schools by working efficiently and collaboratively across the Business Development team, in accordance with the needs of the business.

• Contribute to new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Support the wider Business Development team across Pamoja and Wolsey Hall for Schools.
• Help progress opportunities and engage schools through a consultative sales approach.
• Maintain momentum from initial engagement through to close and handover.
• Manage own pipeline and associated administrative tasks efficiently.
• Act as a trusted advisor while building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and time zones.
• Operate within a fast-paced environment requiring excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Comprehensive and structured training programme will be provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role is highly desirable, ideally in an education-based setting or within the MEA region.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or a commercial role (education or software-as-a-service preferred).
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent consultative and solution-based selling skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with strong pipeline and customer relationship management discipline.
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
