Role Description

Are you a resilient, bilingual sales professional with exceptional phone presence and a proven track record in high-volume outbound B2B calling? We are seeking a full-time B2B Cold Caller based in LATAM to own realtor partnership outreach and webinar appointment setting for a South Florida-based mortgage brokerage.

The selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Place 300+ B2B calls per day to realtors from provided lists, inviting them to attend monthly partnership webinars.
• Target 20 to 30 confirmed attendees per session (~90 registrants per month across 3 webinars).
• Navigate realtor questions and objections naturally beyond a fixed script, maintaining an authoritative, credible, B2B tone.
• Call webinar attendees post-event to schedule direct 1-on-1 "Lending Partner Meetings" with the Managing Broker.
• Utilize GoHighLevel and the WAVE dialer to log calls, track outcomes, and maintain accurate pipeline records (all calls recorded for quality and coaching).
• Work directly with the Managing Broker on registrant counts and leverage AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to refine call strategies, troubleshoot objections, and build performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or tele-sales experience with a professional tone suited for business professionals and realtors.
• Clear, highly fluent English with no heavy accent, combined with Spanish fluency (essential for the South Florida bilingual market).
• Ability to handle rejection, hold natural unscripted conversations, and thrive under an incentive/commission structure tied to registrant outcomes.
• High-stamina professional capable of maintaining 300+ calls daily using GoHighLevel and WAVE dialer; comfortable leveraging Claude/ChatGPT as daily thinking partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working cultural familiarity with the U.S. real estate and mortgage industry.

Requirements

• C1 English level is required.

Benefits

• Compensation: $1,800 – $2,000 per month (Plus commission per registered webinar attendee!)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• Target Start Date: ASAP
