[Hiring] Lead Generation Specialist @GoFasti

Role Description

We need an English-fluent Lead Generation Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients, including business owners, CEOs, founders, and senior executives.
• Build targeted B2B prospect lists of companies that may benefit from fractional CFO, financial consulting, and advisory services.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and qualify leads based on company profile, business needs, and potential fit for the company's services.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, outreach activity, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Track lead generation results, monitor outreach performance, and optimize prospecting strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging, targeting, and meeting conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience with cold calling, email prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to research companies and identify key decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple prospecting activities.

Requirements

• It's a plus:
• Experience in financial services, accounting, consulting, fractional CFO services, or professional services.
• Experience prospecting CEOs, founders, business owners, and other C-level executives.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Experience targeting small and mid-sized businesses.
• Understanding of business financial challenges, including cash flow, profitability, financial planning, and growth.
• A proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings for B2B sales teams.

Benefits

• The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,300 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for a full-time contract, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
