Role Description

Join a sales team at a B2B fintech software company, closing new business with small advisory and wealth management firms. This remote contractor role focuses on a high-volume, repeatable sales motion serving customers in the United States.

• Own qualified opportunities from discovery through contract signature, including quoting, objection handling, and close.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and maintain accurate stages, next steps, and close dates in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound sales activity, while also following up on marketing and internally sourced opportunities.
• Run standard product demos independently and involve a solutions consultant when deeper technical support is needed.
• Build trusted relationships with small-business decision-makers and provide a clear handoff to customer success after each sale.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of SMB sales experience, including closing new business with customers in Latin America.
• Experience carrying a quota, managing a sales pipeline in CRM software, prospecting outbound, and negotiating and closing business contracts.
• Fluent Spanish and native or near-native spoken and written English.
• Experience selling SaaS or software products; startup or high-growth company experience is helpful.
• Background in wealth management or financial services is a plus, but not required.

Benefits
