[Hiring] Account Executive @Strada Global

Role Description

The Account Executive will be responsible for supporting and expanding our Workday professional services business by working closely with Workday and the partner ecosystem. This individual will:

• Identify new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Execute joint go-to-market strategies
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships within existing accounts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in driving new logo growth within the Workday ecosystem
• Experience with Workday (directly or through a partner organization) strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate co-selling motions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Requirements

• Ability to manage extended sales cycles (6–12 months) and influence multi-stakeholder environments
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and ability to extract and interpret sales data
