Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer with a specialization in serving the public sector. In this role, you will be at the forefront of UiPath's mission to empower government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations with innovative automation solutions through UiPath's Automation Platform.

  • Develop expertise in the unique challenges, regulations, and compliance standards that shape the landscape for public sector organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales teams to tailor solutions based on UiPath's Automation Platform to meet the precise needs of public sector clients.
  • Conduct targeted product demonstrations, showcasing how UiPath's Automation Platform can deliver measurable benefits to public sector entities.
  • Engage with public sector customers to gather and analyze their specific technical requirements.
  • Design, configure, and execute POCs that are tailored to public sector clients.
  • Deliver technical presentations to a diverse audience of public sector stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to public sector clients.
  • Ensure that solutions built on UiPath's Automation Platform meet the stringent security and compliance standards of public sector organizations.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and case studies that highlight successful automation deployments within the public sector.

Qualifications

  • US citizen + TS/SCI clearance highly preferred.
  • Experience working in Department of Defense (DOD) highly preferred.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
  • Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, as well as a second language.
  • 20% travel potentially required.
