Role Description
In this role, you'll drive sales success by developing and executing tailored regional or account-specific sales plans that exceed quotas and support our revenue goals.
- Actively engage with existing customers to understand their needs, offering tailored product solutions and comprehensive support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Ensure consistent, responsive communication with clients.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure exceptional client management.
- Attend key industry events to stay ahead.
- Adopt a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach.
Remote but must be local to Springfield, MA for regional travel.
Salary range $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.
Travel Requirements – Less than 20% to attend all major Industry shows, client national sales meetings, & any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile).

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products).
- Mid/Strong level of knowledge of grocery retailers in assigned market.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience.
- Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Requirements
- Retailer responsibilities include: Big Y, Dave’s Marketplace and Roche Brothers.
