Role Description

Work as a part of the Growth Team, reporting directly to the Growth Head.

Play a key role in the private label vertical of the company.
Lead the relationship with ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart (and more) in multiple jurisdictions like the USA, UK, India, Germany, Japan, Canada, Australia.
Custodian of all essential marketplace metrics, including returns, cancellations, ODRs, etc.
Ensure product sourcing and operations teams adhere to quality standards.
Accountable for account health and hygiene across all platforms.
Maintain operational metrics within desired thresholds.
Take ownership of every aspect of selling on the marketplace.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless functioning.
Grow relationships with marketplace partners by:

Launching new marketplaces and jurisdictions in line with the business growth strategy.
Strengthening existing relationships to ensure meaningful value for the business.

Work closely with marketplaces to identify growth opportunities for better visibility and improved efficiencies.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in managing ecommerce marketplaces for private label or D2C businesses, preferably with global exposure.
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple marketplaces around the world.
Strong attention to detail, along with critical and analytical skills to spot threats and opportunities.
Ability to build a culture of discipline and adherence to processes, especially in order fulfilment.
Experience in fast-paced environments like startups or new and growing business divisions is preferred.
Mindset of working with incremental improvements and openness to learn new things quickly.
Ability to work independently with a result-focus and willingness to experiment within accountability.
Solution-oriented with the ability to think clearly, logically, and laterally when presented with a problem.
Ability to communicate freely and fluently and work efficiently in an environment of remote team members.
