Role Description
This role involves leading global recruitment and employee engagement initiatives at Handelnine Global.

Global Recruitment: Build and Optimize the Talent Pipeline
- Design and implement a system for attracting and retaining A-players globally.
- Drive initiatives to increase the quality and quantity of the candidate pipeline.
- Lead employer branding efforts to position Handelnine Global as an employer of choice.

Scaling Up Implementation
- Take over Program Management of the ongoing implementation of the Scaling Up framework across the organization, participating in all L1 (Leadership) and L2 meetings.
- Collaborate closely with department heads each quarter to identify A/B/C players in their teams and take appropriate action (development plans, team reshuffles, etc.).

Employee Engagement and Retention
- Own and drive improvement in the eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score), ensuring an upward trend each quarter.

- Ensure these values permeate the company culture.
- Develop and lead engagement programs for a predominantly remote workforce to boost retention, motivation, and cohesion.

Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals.
- Ensure a balance between cost-efficiency and maximizing employee value.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in eCommerce, tech, or consumer-driven industries.
- Experience in working with remote, global teams is a strong plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the implementation of organizational frameworks such as Scaling Up, OKRs, or other strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics such as eNPS or other employee satisfaction tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience fostering a company’s core values, such as Action Bias, Solution Ownership, and Efficiency.
- Expertise in global recruitment and building a strong employer brand that attracts and retains A-players.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (e.g., startups or rapidly scaling businesses).
- Demonstrates a high degree of ownership over HR initiatives and the Scaling Up implementation.
