Role Description
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of Estateably’s expansion—connecting with legal professionals, identifying their needs, and delivering real value through our innovative solutions. If you thrive on building meaningful relationships and are motivated by closing deals and delivering value, we want to hear from you.
- Develop a deep understanding of Estateably's products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Effectively introduce and represent Estateably to prospects and clients, articulating the value of Estateably’s solutions and tailoring presentations to meet specific client needs.
- Execute outreach strategies through cold calls, emails, and other outbound activities to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clearly communicating key features and benefits to potential clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain continuous communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for engaging targeted clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Deliver in-person product demonstrations at conferences and industry events, effectively communicating the value and benefits of Estateably’s solutions.
- Leverage relevant content, case studies, presentations, and demonstration techniques to support the sales process.
- Actively contribute to team initiatives, share best practices, and participate in the development of sales projects and processes.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B software or SaaS environments. Experience in the Legal Tech industry will be considered a plus.
- Proven ability to sell solutions that require consultative and value-based selling — ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- Previous experience with outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with sales tools and technologies (e.g., HubSpot, lead generation platforms, LLMs, Clay and other sales and GTM enablement tools).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
