Role Description
The Program Delivery Manager serves as lead for the direction on the implementation of incentive programs. They hold the key to growth with our clients, collecting insights and seeking out opportunities to expand TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods' support for the client.
- Interpreting and implementing client incentive programs
- Partnering with clients to understand their desired outcomes
- Ensuring accurate fulfillment to customers
- Relationship management, administrative duties, and some travel
Day-to-day duties include:

Relationship Management:
- Serves as the primary escalation point for clients
- Oversees the onboarding of new clients post-sale
- Provides strategic guidance to clients
- Attends strategic client project delivery team sessions
- Stays current on industry trends

Employee Management Duties:
- Manages the program management team
- Develops and tracks goals for career development
- Assigns work tasks based on skill set
- Facilitates performance reviews

Administrative Duties:
- Works with the delivery team to prepare Statements of Work
- Documents and maintains audit requirements related to programs
- Travels up to 10 – 20% to meet with clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture or another relevant field
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience managing, prioritizing and appropriately delegating tasks
- Ability to cross-collaborate with other departments
- Ability to motivate and lead employees
- Strong decision-making ability
Requirements
- Proficient with G-Suite (Google Drive, G-Mail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient with both PC and Mac
