Role Description
We’re expanding our business development team and looking for a seasoned Partnership Manager to help build and strengthen relationships with mobile game developers. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and genuinely curious about both games and people. You’ll serve as the bridge between our publishing team and potential partners — identifying promising studios, initiating contact, and guiding them through a smooth onboarding and collaboration journey.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with mobile game developers built on trust and shared goals
- Proactively identify studios that align with our publishing vision and reach out to explore opportunities
- Guide developers through our partnership process, from soft launch planning to full-scale release
- Evaluate incoming pitches, analyzing product potential and business viability
- Work closely with other teams — including product, marketing, UA, and analytics — to support partners effectively
- Track industry shifts and monitor competitor moves to fine-tune outreach and positioning strategies
- Represent our company at key industry events and networking opportunities, both virtually and in person
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or publishing within the mobile games industry
- Strong knowledge of the full game development lifecycle — from concept to live ops
- Strong ability to assess product potential and market fit
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with developers of all sizes and backgrounds
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing several conversations simultaneously
- English proficiency at a C1 level or higher
