Role Description

AO Globe Life is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you’re a great communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions, this role is for you!

  • Engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., email, CRM software) are a bonus.
