We are seeking a Marketing Planner/Specialist to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that captivate audiences and drive business growth. In this role, you will blend creativity with analytical expertise to manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate with teams across social media, design, and sales. What You'll Do
- Strategy Development: Create quarterly/annual marketing plans aligned with business goals, including budget allocation and KPIs.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital ads, email, social media, and events.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social insights, optimizing strategies based on findings.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with designers, copywriters, and social media managers to ensure cohesive messaging and timely execution.
- Content Planning: Develop content calendars and briefs for blogs, emails, social posts, and promotional materials.
- Reporting: Prepare actionable reports for stakeholders, showcasing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Innovation: Explore and test new marketing platforms, technologies, and tactics to stay ahead of trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: HubSpot, or digital marketing; experience with SEO/SEM strategies and email marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).

Duration and Compensation
This is a full-time & part-time, paid internship with flexibility for your placement options and starting dates. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge.
- Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
- Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session while learning more about NovaForge / AI Venture Lab, our projects, and what to expect during the internship.
