Role Description

This role involves working as a Sales Development Representative from home, focusing on building relationships and driving sales for AO Globe Life.

  • Excellent communication skills to handle different clients.
  • Proven ability to represent AO Globe Life to clients and demonstrate how we are a life-changer for various individuals.
  • List and identify priority prospects.
  • Partner closely with assigned Account Executives to develop the territory (generate opportunities and assist with follow-up).
  • Acquire key prospect data from initial conversations, the web, and other sources, ensuring clean and accurate data is entered and maintained.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales expectations.
  • Learn from other team members by participating in continuing education and training.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales (preferred, not required).
  • Well-spoken, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Insurance and policy industry experience is helpful (not required).
  • Positive attitude and mentality.
  • Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated.
  • Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative.
  • Enthusiastic and persuasive personality.
  • Motivated with career ambitions.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Resilient; doesn’t give up easily.
