Role Description

This role involves assisting clients to drive business growth as a Sales Specialist.

  • Conduct meetings with potential clients.
  • Present AO Globe Life's services, portfolio, and capabilities convincingly to potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Follow up after client meetings to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline, track progress, and report weekly sales performance.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand policy requirements and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • An individual who is target-driven in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain company services and convert leads into clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Experience in health and life insurance policy or related industries is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of policy and insurance is an advantage.

Requirements

  • Own laptop or computer with webcam, dedicated office space, and high-speed internet connection.
  • Must have a reliable and fast internet connection and power backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
  • Flexible to work Central time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST), Monday to Friday.
