Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enhance our sales efficiency and support business growth. In this role you will be responsible for managing our CRM, improving sales processes, data management, and sales tooling. You will have a direct impact on our processes, suggesting and implementing improvements.

  • Prepare and coordinate data collection for sales forecasts
  • Gather and compile data for sales reports to track sales results and team performance
  • Research, select, implement, maintain, and automate sales tooling in collaboration with the Head of Sales (HoS)
  • Propose and integrate AI-driven solutions to improve team efficiency
  • Take a role of a master user of our CRM system - HubSpot
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance in the CRM system
  • Refine CRM and lead management processes
  • Analyze sales processes and data to suggest optimizations and improvements
  • Coordinate sales team activities based on planned activities
  • Keep agreed tasks schedules and action items up to date
  • Track team progress around lead management and lead generation actions
  • Develop reusable sales materials and support preparations of customer presentations, sales offers, briefs, and materials for onsites
  • Collect market and technical trends, opportunities, challenges to create meaningful insights for customers
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Manage internal projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in similar roles handling sales operations, CRM management, and sales tooling
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data collection and analysis
  • Experience managing sales forecast and creating different reports for management
  • Proficiency using and improving CRM systems, HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Project organization and management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel to Wrocław once a quarter for 1-2 days (travel costs covered)
