Role Description

We are looking for a SAP Logistics/3PL Consultant to support the integration of third-party logistics within SAP systems as part of a broader digital transformation program. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning business processes, and ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP modules and external logistics providers.

Conduct GAP analysis and lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
Design and support 3PL integration using EDI, IDoc, and SAP WM functionalities (e.g., Handling Units, batch management, inventory control)
Collaborate with SAP modules including MM, SD, and LE to ensure end-to-end process integration
Define business workflows and functional specifications (URS, FS)
Coordinate testing activities and support cutover planning and data migration
Liaise with technical teams for solution development and unit testing
Ensure high-quality documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Proven experience in SAP roll-outs within validated pharmaceutical environments
Strong understanding of the V-Model and GxP compliance
Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, LE), including configuration and data migration
Skilled in creating URS documents, defining To-Be processes, and working with tools like Solution Manager, ITEMS, and HP ALM
Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, training, and end-user support
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities
Experience leading international project teams and collaborating with third-party providers such as 3PLs
Comfortable facilitating workshops, trainings, and test sessions onsite
Proficient in documentation, SOPs, and process design in English
Advanced Excel skills and a service-oriented mindset
