Role Description
CC.Talent is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join our team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in promoting our outsourcing services through high-volume, outbound calls to businesses.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to business contacts using our auto dialer system.
- Clearly and effectively communicate our outsourcing services, aiming to build interest and rapport.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs as defined during training.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments as needed to move them through the sales funnel.
- Accurately log call information and manage leads in our CRM to support team alignment.
Qualifications
- 1+ year in sales/telesales or 2+ years in customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and autodialers is preferred.
- Experience with cold calling or email outreach (a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication, adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity.
- Excellent research, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
