Role Description

CC Talent is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing testing best practices, writing and executing automated and manual test cases, and working closely with developers to maintain a culture of quality.

Independently create comprehensive test plans to ensure consistent testing coverage.
Design exhaustive test cases, including edge cases and stress conditions.
Develop and maintain automated test suites for both front-end and back-end applications.
Perform manual and exploratory testing when automation is not feasible.
Provide detailed defect documentation to facilitate efficient debugging.
Maintain close communication with developers to resolve issues quickly.
Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and UI testing.
Monitor user feedback and error reports to continuously enhance software quality.
Stay updated with industry trends, testing methodologies, and tools, integrating new knowledge into testing strategies.

Qualifications

Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter.
Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end testing strategies.
Experience testing APIs and microservices (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, WireMock).
Understanding of performance testing, security testing, and exploratory testing techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in testing B2C platforms.
Experience in load, performance & endurance testing.
Experience in security/compliance testing.
