Role Description
Your main tasks will be:
- Be the point of contact for all creative production tasks, coordinating task requests and overseeing the end-to-end creative production process.
- Generate and adapt ideas independently or through creative brainstorming sessions.
- Manage requests and write clear production briefs (for both internal and external teams).
- Oversee timelines and asset delivery.
- Ensure all creatives meet channel and brand requirements.
- Track performance and extract insights from internal analytics and market trends.
Creative processes & innovation:
- Streamline new and existing workflows between UA and creative teams.
- Build and maintain a structured creative library & analytics reports.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Creative producer / Creative Manager / Marketing producer / Creative Strategist / Ads producer in international product IT companies (adtech, mobile gaming, dating & social discovery, media platforms, health and entertainment apps), or performance marketing creative and production agencies.
- Experience in creative content production or related role in performance marketing.
- Experience in creating content for the US market.
- Knowledge of creative standards across paid channels (e.g., Paid Social, PPC, Mobile, Media).
- Understanding of performance marketing and data-driven decision-making (A/B tests, UA metrics).
- Ability to develop creative concepts and write clear, detailed briefs.
- Experience in managing creative production and giving feedback on audio-visual marketing assets.
- English (B2): English proficiency for effective communication and negotiation.
- Russian -- native/fluent.
Requirements
- Nice to have:
- Experience creating content independently.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Experience with graphic and video editing tools.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
- Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
