Role Description

As RevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our go-to-market (GTM) function. This role requires a strategic leader who takes initiative, balances strategy with execution, and owns solutions end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, helping to define and execute revenue-driving initiatives and optimize sales team performance
  • Operating as the “CEO” of our GTM Innovation squad
  • Designing and deploying AI-first solutions that transform how we go to market
  • Analyzing sales performance data to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement (e.g., competitive win rates, conversion metrics)
  • Developing and maintaining robust sales reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate insights into actionable strategies for revenue growth
  • Driving forecasting accuracy, pipeline health analysis, and sales efficiency initiatives
  • Educating the sales team about process changes and system updates, ensuring successful adoption and driving results
  • Designing and optimizing revenue workflows and processes, improving efficiency across GTM teams
  • Leading concurrent projects, ensuring clear communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Translating business needs into scalable systems, automation, and tools (CRM, analytics platforms, and sales enablement tech)
  • Owning the rev ops tech stack, ensuring systems are effectively integrated and utilized
  • Learning, iterating, and partnering with an exceptional team

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in high-growth B2B environments
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of initiatives from problem definition to execution
  • Deep experience with CRM & GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, etc), analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms
  • Strong analytical skills—you use data to identify trends, measure success, and inform decision-making
  • A passion for driving operational efficiencies and scalable growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management—you collaborate effectively across teams and levels

Requirements

  • You have experience working at smaller start-ups where you built the sales GTM from early foundation or one of the early members of a founding sales or revops team
  • If you’re a strategic leader and hands-on executor who loves building workflows, optimizing revenue processes, and driving efficiencies across teams

  • Salary ranges (United States):
    • CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $150,000 - $200,000 (USD)
    • All other states in the US: $127,500 - $170,000 (USD)
