Role Description
As an Operations Specialist – Luxury Sales, you'll be at the forefront of supporting UHNW clients and businesses. Your responsibilities include:
- Build and nurture relationships with UHNW clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, discretion, and care.
- Manage high average order value (AOV) and lifetime value (LTV) clients, leveraging your proven sales expertise to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Use tools like HubSpot and Podium to manage client interactions, ensure data accuracy, and execute timely follow-ups.
- Represent the unified assistant identity, “Quinn,” in all client communications, providing a consistent, seamless service experience.
- Coordinate with team members via Slack and G Suite to deliver efficient and consistent service.
- Support onboarding tools like Zendesk and other technologies to enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience (sales expertise is a must - experience in the luxury sector is a big plus).
- Familiarity with the pace, expectations, and skills of serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Podium, Slack, and G Suite, with a willingness to learn new systems.
- The ability to communicate effectively and build trust with discerning clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented mindset to manage high-priority tasks with precision.
- Resourcefulness and efficiency in identifying and resolving issues promptly.
