Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong sales background to identify, qualify, and convert potential customers into sales opportunities. This role involves:
- Researching potential clients
- Initiating outreach
- Nurturing leads through the sales funnel
- Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct outbound calls, cold emails, and other outreach efforts effectively
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
Requirements
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, social media, etc.)
- Initiate contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media messages
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into customers
- Conduct product/service presentations and handle initial objections from potential clients
- Track and report lead generation performance and conversion metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to improve outreach strategies
