Role Description

As the Head of Partnerships, you will own and drive our partnership strategy, playing a crucial role in expanding our business and accelerating sales growth. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening key relationships—both existing and new—that directly impact our success. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to shape and execute a partnership strategy that fuels our market expansion.

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships that align with our business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive long-term success.
  • Leverage partnerships to enhance our product offerings and increase brand visibility.
  • Define key performance metrics, track partnership success, and refine strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to integrate partnerships into broader company initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build and strengthen our partnership network.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in SaaS partnerships or channel sales, with at least 3 years in the e-commerce space.
  • 4+ years of management experience, including leading and mentoring partnership teams.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS and e-commerce landscape.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into business strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot and other partnership management tools.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of navigating complexity.
  • History of cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex challenges with a proactive mindset.

Logistics

  • This is a full-time position.
