Role Description
We are looking for a Franchise Performance Manager to partner with franchisees and help drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and overall profitability. This remote role requires occasional travel to our headquarters, and on-site visits with franchise owners.
- Coach & Support Franchisees: Guide franchise owners in optimizing operations, financial performance, and overall business strategy.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Assist in refining sales strategies, membership acquisition, and retention tactics.
- Financial & P&L Analysis: Help franchisees interpret financials, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Provide best practices in gym management, staffing, and customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Work closely with franchisees to set goals, track KPIs, and enhance overall studio performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operating a fitness business, preferably within a franchise network.
- Strong sales background, with a track record of success in membership sales and retention.
- Proven ability to analyze P&L statements and provide strategic financial guidance.
- Coaching experience in sales and general operations within a gym or fitness business.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively mentor franchisees.
