Role Description

We’re seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to join us at a pivotal moment of our journey as we are about to launch. As our Head of Growth & Marketing reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead strategy and execution across customer acquisition, retention, and brand building. You’ll balance paid and organic channels, scaling a category-defining DTC health brand from launch to scale.

Lead growth initiatives, including customer acquisition, retention, and brand development.
Strategically balance paid and organic marketing channels to sustainably scale revenue.
Create and implement marketing strategies to drive category creation, consumer education, and trust.
Recruit, build, and manage a small team of A players using AI as leverage for their work.

Qualifications

Proven success independently driving DTC revenue from launch to $20M+, owning strategy, execution, and optimization across growth channels.
Demonstrated experience scaling a DTC consumer health startup in the U.S. through critical growth inflection points.
Extensive experience launching and scaling category-defining products involving significant market creation and consumer education.
Deep expertise in hybrid physical-digital and subscription-based business models.
Solid understanding of consumer health markets and relevant regulatory constraints, specifically wellness-focused health monitoring for both women and men.
