Role Description
Are you a master of online product presentation, a stealthy optimizer of digital shelves, and a data-driven strategist? If so, we’re looking for a Digital Merch Ninja to take our e-commerce presence to the next level. This role blends creativity, analytics, and marketing to ensure our online store is visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.
- Curate and optimize digital product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven strategies to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute seasonal and promotional merchandising strategies to boost sales.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure seamless website navigation and user experience.
- Leverage SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools to improve product discoverability.
- Monitor inventory levels, flag low-stock items, and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.
- Track and report on performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates) to drive continuous improvements.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and competitor strategies to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or online retail management.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Bonus points if you’re skilled in basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) or UX principles.
